I just realized that this blog is it’s little over 5 years old now. I still remember the day I started this blog in first week of November 2004. I published my first post and kept visiting the page every 10 minutes, eagerly looking for someone to comment on the post. It has been a long journey so far – I got to learn quite a lot of things, met interesting people and made friends.
“Scribbles of my yesteryear”, was my blog title during the initial days and then changed to ‘avalokana’. This was the only blog for sometime (which is in dormant state now – thats different story). When I failed to write something on the blog, I resorted to posting photos. And when I created dedicated blog for photos, ‘avalokana’ went to dormant state again. Then came ‘Moody Monday‘ weekly photo to the rescue for some period, but not for long.
I started many more blogs after ‘avalokana’, all of them except for travel blog & photo blog died soon. But the first love remains with a post once in a blue moon or once in two blue moons :)
At this point of time when I read my post, it makes me laugh, the way I’ve written. Go read it, have a laugh. But don’t slap me :)
